30-Day Returns
If a piece is not right for you, there are 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition with the tags attached. Email support@myraluxe.com with your order number and we will come back with instructions and the return address. Do wait to hear from us before posting anything, since that is how we match your parcel to your order.
Return postage is yours to cover, though we never charge a restocking fee. Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. And if something turns up damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, with nothing to send back.
