Welcome to Myraluxe ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of myraluxe.com and any order you place through it (the "Services").
Using the Services means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Access
You confirm you are at least 18, or of legal age where you live. The billing, shipping and contact details you give us must be accurate and complete, and keeping your account credentials private is down to you.

We describe and photograph our products as faithfully as we can. Screens vary and production allows small natural variation, so slight differences can appear.
Products may be changed, restocked or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion.
Acceptance happens once both are true:
- Your payment has cleared
- A confirmation email has reached you
Where we need to cancel or amend an order, a stock shortage or a pricing error for instance, we contact you on the details from checkout and refund in full anything already charged.
Orders are for personal use and not for resale.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Billing
All prices are in USD unless marked otherwise.
U.S. sales tax may be applied at checkout according to the destination and the relevant state and local rules.
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for orders placed on the site.
Payments that are declined or flagged as suspicious may result in a voided order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery follows our Shipping Policy.
Timings given there are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or anything else beyond our control are not our liability.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund Policy governs returns and refunds and forms part of these Terms.
None of this affects rights you hold under applicable U.S. consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of myraluxe.com, including text, photography, graphics, design, logos and layout, belongs to Myraluxe or its licensors.
Use of the Services is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or adapt our content, build derivative works from it, or use our trademarks without written permission.
Third-party trademarks remain with their owners.
8. Third-Party Tools & External Links
We may provide third-party tools or link to external sites. They are offered as they are, without guarantees, and you use them at your own risk. Their content, terms and privacy practices are not ours.
9. Relationship with Shopify
The store runs on Shopify. Shopify provides the platform only and is not party to your purchase. Sales, delivery, returns and support are Myraluxe's responsibility alone.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services:
- For unlawful purposes
- In breach of U.S. federal or state law
- To infringe intellectual property belonging to others
- To distribute malware or harmful code
- To harvest personal data without consent
- To interfere with the security or operation of the site

Suspected misuse may lead to suspended or withdrawn access.

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all products are provided as they are and as available, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing here excludes liability for:

- Consumer rights that cannot be waived under U.S. law
Otherwise, and to the fullest extent the law permits, our liability for any claim connected with the Services or a product is capped at the amount you paid for it.

You agree to hold Strixe LLC, its owners, staff and representatives harmless against claims, losses and damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or breach of any law or third-party right. This excludes anything caused by our own negligence or wrongdoing.

If a provision here is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes belong exclusively to the state or federal courts of Delaware, except where consumer protection law directs otherwise.
